Our catering team will deliver all the necessities to bring Nelson’s Ice Cream to you!
Rental service includes delivery of either our Nelson’s branded freezer or the Nelson's branded food trailer, up to 6 ice cream flavor selections, bowls, spoons, cones, table and Nelson’s employee scooper to serve guests.
The Nelson’s catering equipment can be reserved for up to a 4-hour time frame. Our catering team will drop all items at your event location and pick up.

The 2024 catering season is from April to October.
We are not currently booking out for 2025. If you have a 2025 event, please submit an inquiry and you will be contacted at the beginning of next year.
FAQs:
Q: Do I need a scooper at the event or can we scoop the ice cream ourselves?
A: We require a Nelson's scooper to be present at each event and scoop the ice cream for your guests.
Q: Do we get to keep leftover ice cream?
A: Yes! We will quart up leftovers for you to keep after the event.
Q: How far do you travel?
A: This depends on our availability. We typically are not able to travel more than 1.5 hours from the Stillwater Nelson's store.
Q: What days fill up the quickest?
A: Saturdays in June will fill up the quickest. Because of this, we have to limit our travel on those days. We recommend booking your catering, space, and any other vendors prior to sending out event invites.
Q: Do you offer retail?
A: Not at this time.
Q: What are your serving sizes at events:
A: Our catering serving sizes are priced to be about 60% of a normal Child Size like in the store.
